We are proud of our long history of carefully matching CES employees to client facilities. We follow a process which considers the special needs of each client, and the strengths of the individuals who are assigned to serve that client. CES recognizes that different clients have different needs, and we strive to meet those individual needs.

CES recruits from a variety of sources, and carefully screens each applicant. In addition to the criminal background checks performed by the police departments in our licensing jurisdictions, our applicants are further investigated by our staff prior to hiring. All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug testing.
